Complaints Procedure
We welcome feedback from parents so that we can work together to help your child to gain the most from their time at the school. Of course, we like to know about the things you are pleased with - this helps us to work effectively with all our children. However, sometimes things don't always work out. The best way for you to remedy problems is as follows:
If you have any concerns, please discuss them initially with your child’s class teacher.
If this does not resolve the issue, please talk to the headteacher, who will probably need to talk to the teacher and may well arrange a meeting between the three of you.
In the unlikely event of your concern remaining unresolved, you should contact the Chair of Governors. She will arrange to see you and will also involve the school staff.
